Weekly Family Feasts
Q: How do the Weekly Family Feasts work?
A: Each Friday, we post the menu for the following week. Orders must be placed and paid for by Monday at 7:00 PM CST. Deliveries are made fresh on Thursdays between 11 AM – 5 PM.
Q: How many people do the Weekly Family Feasts serve?
A: Each Family Feast is designed to feed 4–6 people generously (usually dinner + lunch the next day).
Q: Are the meals organic?
A: Yes! All meals are made using 100% organic, high-quality ingredients sourced locally whenever possible.
Q: Can I subscribe instead of ordering weekly?
A: Yes. Our Weekly Family Feast Subscription ensures your meal is automatically reserved each week. You’ll get hassle-free, chef-prepared meals without having to reorder.
Q: What if I’m not home during delivery?
A: We recommend someone be available to accept your delivery. If not, we will leave your meal at your door in secure, sealed packaging. However, Willow & Rye is not liable for food left unattended.

Q: Do you offer catering for weddings, parties, or corporate events?
A: Absolutely! We specialize in luxury grazing tables, charcuterie, and traditional catering for weddings, holiday parties, corporate events, and private gatherings.
Q: What makes your grazing tables unique?
A: Our grazing tables are designed to be show-stopping centerpieces—featuring artisanal cheeses, cured meats, fresh produce, house-made breads, dips, desserts, and seasonal details to match your event’s theme.
Q: How far in advance should I book catering?
A: For small gatherings, at least 2 weeks notice is best. For weddings and larger events, we recommend 3–6 months in advance to secure your date.

Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: Payments can be made securely via our Shop on our website, just add the items to your cart and checkout.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Because our meals are made fresh and per order, we do not offer refunds or returns. Full payment must be made by the order cutoff time to secure your meal.
Q: Can I customize my Family Feast or grazing table?
A: For Family Feasts, menus rotate weekly and are set by the chef. For grazing tables and catering, we offer customizable options based on your event and preferences.

A: Willow & Rye was founded by Regina and Kaeleb Hayes, a husband-and-wife team. Regina is a professional chef with 20+ years of experience, and Kaeleb is the creative and operational brain behind the business.

A: After seeing the decline in quality and portion sizes in many restaurants post-COVID, we created Willow & Rye to bring chef-prepared, organic, family-sized meals back into homes—where food is fresh, abundant, and meaningful.

Q: How do the Weekly Family Feasts work?
A: Each Friday, we release the next week’s menu. Orders and payments are due by Monday at 7 PM CST. Meals are delivered fresh and hot every Thursday between 11 AM – 5 PM.
Q: How many people does a Family Feast serve?
A: Each feast is designed to serve 4–6 people generously (usually dinner plus leftovers for the next day).
Q: What’s included in a Family Feast?
A: Each week’s feast includes a chef-prepared entrée, two seasonal sides, house-baked bread, and a dessert. Menus rotate weekly to keep things exciting.
Q: Are your meals organic?
A: Yes — we use 100% organic, high-quality ingredients sourced locally whenever possible.
Q: What if I’m not home during delivery?
A: If no one is home, we’ll leave your order in secure packaging at your door. However, Willow & Rye is not responsible for food safety once delivery is complete. We provide reheating instructions to help maintain freshness.

Q: How do I pay?
A: Payments can be made via Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, or Stripe. QR codes are provided for convenience.
Q: Do you offer refunds or returns?
A: Because our meals are freshly made and perishable, all sales are final. Weekly Feasts may be canceled before the Monday 7 PM cutoff and credited toward a future order. Catering deposits are non-refundable.
Q: Do I need to sign anything before ordering?
A: Yes, all customers must review and sign our Terms & Conditions, which cover delivery acceptance, reheating guidelines, and liability policies.
