How the Willow & Rye Family Feast Works

1. Find the Weekly Menu

Every Wednesday, we release a brand-new Family Feast Menu for the upcoming week.
You can find it in three places:

• On our website under the “Shop” page

• On our Facebook page

• On our Instagram page (linked in bio)

Each menu features a handcrafted, fully organic meal that feeds 4 to 6 people — always made from scratch and highlighting the best seasonal ingredients from our trusted local partners.

2. Place Your Order

You can place your order directly through our website or right on Facebook by clicking “Start Order.”
Every Family Feast is prepaid and made to order.

Because everything we create is cooked fresh in small batches, we only prepare a limited number of Family Feasts each week. Once those are reserved, we’re sold out until the following week — so it’s best to order early!

🕖 Order Deadline:
All orders must be placed and paid in full by Monday at 7 PM for Thursday delivery.
Menus are always posted the week prior to delivery, but many weeks we sell out long before the deadline — so don’t wait if you know you want in.

3. We Get to Work

Once your order is placed, our chefs get busy bringing it to life.
We start by picking up fresh, organic ingredients from our local farms and bakeries — everything from pasture-raised chicken and seasonal produce to artisan breads from My Darling’s Bake Shop.

Each meal is carefully crafted in our professional kitchen with the same attention and care we’d give our own family dinner. No shortcuts, no fillers, just real, wholesome food.

4. Delivery Day

Your Family Feast is delivered every Thursday between 11 AM and 6 PM.
We personally deliver right to your door — chilled, safely packaged, and ready to heat when you’re ready to enjoy.

Your feast comes in reusable containers with simple heating instructions so dinner is ready in minutes. There’s no cooking, no stress — just warm, serve, and enjoy the comfort of a farm-fresh meal shared with the ones you love.

5. Enjoy, Share, and Repeat

Each Family Feast feeds 4 to 6 people generously — perfect for family dinners, gatherings, or a few nights of leftovers.

You can create an account on our website to track your orders, save your favorites, and get early access to new menus and seasonal specials before they sell out.
