Billing Schedule: Your Cocktail Pairing Subscription is billed monthly and automatically renews on the same date each month. Each billing cycle includes four consecutive weekly visits, with fresh cocktails crafted and served during each in-home chef appointment.
Per-Adult Pricing: Pricing is based on the number of participating adults in the home. Service is available for guests aged 21 and over only. Example: A home with four adults selecting the Premium Plan ($275/month per adult) would total $1,100 per month.
Included with Each Visit: Cocktails are crafted and served tableside by your Willow & Rye team during each weekly in-home chef service. All barware, garnishes, and fresh ingredients are included. Each cocktail is made with premium spirits, organic ingredients, and fresh house-made components designed to complement your weekly menu.
Customization: Every week’s cocktail pairings are designed around your current Willow & Rye menu. Clients may provide general preferences (e.g., spirit type, sweetness level, or flavor profile), and our culinary team will tailor selections accordingly. Non-alcoholic mocktail versions are available upon request at no additional cost.
Responsible Service: Alcohol service is limited to guests aged 21 and older. Willow & Rye follows all Illinois state regulations for responsible alcohol service and reserves the right to withhold service to any guest appearing underage or intoxicated.
Legal & Liability Notice: Alcohol is provided exclusively as part of a private, in-home dining experience. Willow & Rye does not sell or distribute alcohol for off-premise consumption or resale. By purchasing this add-on, you agree that all guests will consume responsibly and acknowledge that Willow & Rye Catering, LLC is not liable for any injury, illness, or damages arising from the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Cancellations & Modifications: Changes, pauses, or cancellations to your Cocktail Pairing Subscription must be submitted no later than thirty (30) days before your next scheduled visit. Because premium spirits and fresh ingredients are sourced in advance, cancellations after this time are non-refundable.
