Additional Information
Billing Schedule:
Your In-Home Chef Subscription is billed monthly and renews automatically on the same date each month. Each billing cycle covers four consecutive weekly visits by your dedicated Willow & Rye chef team.Flexible Meal Plans:
Choose from 3–4, 5–6, or 7–8 meals per week — fully customized to your household’s needs. Visit duration varies based on your selected meal plan, ensuring ample time for quality preparation, packaging, and cleanup.All-Inclusive Service:
The subscription price includes all food, organic ingredients, menu planning, and preparation. There are no separate grocery or sourcing charges — everything is included in your monthly subscription.Container Exchange Program:
Meals are packaged in professionally labeled glass containers provided by Willow & Rye. These containers remain the property of Willow & Rye and are part of a weekly exchange system. Customers are required to wash and return the previous week’s containers during each new visit. Containers that are lost, broken, or damaged beyond normal wear will incur a replacement fee.Scheduling & Access:
Your weekly visit time slot is guaranteed and reserved exclusively for you. If you need to pause, skip, or reschedule a visit, notice must be provided at least seven (7) days in advance to avoid being charged for that week. Customers must ensure a responsible adult is present during service or that safe access arrangements (such as key code or lockbox entry) are approved in advance with Willow & Rye.Menu Planning:
Menus are crafted weekly by our chefs using seasonal ingredients from local farmers, growers, and bakers. Clients may share general preferences or dietary considerations, but final menus are chef-designed to ensure quality, balance, and freshness.Cleanup:
At the conclusion of each visit, the Willow & Rye team will clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces, tools, and equipment used. Clients are responsible for maintaining general kitchen cleanliness between visits.Cancellations & Modifications:
Cancellations, skips, or changes to your plan must be submitted no later than seven (7) days before your next scheduled visit. Because fresh ingredients are sourced in advance, late cancellations cannot be refunded or credited.Travel Area:
Service is currently available within designated Chicagoland coverage areas. Requests outside this zone are reviewed individually and may incur a travel fee.Allergens:
Meals are prepared in your home kitchen using ingredients sourced from facilities that may handle common allergens. While every precaution is taken, Willow & Rye cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Clients with severe allergies must disclose them before service begins.
